About me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing psychotherapy to individuals across the lifespan. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, with the goal that you feel grounded, understood, and better able to move through life’s shifts. In our work together, we explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns through psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.

I work with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion dysregulation, self-esteem, and periods of change. I have a particular interest in supporting mothers through the emotional and personal transitions related to pregnancy, postpartum, and raising young children, as well as the shifts that can arise around identity, work, and relationships during different phases of motherhood.

I support young adults and professionals exploring career transitions and deepening their sense of self. I also work with adolescents and teens managing anxiety, depression, identity development, self-esteem, and histories of trauma.

I have over 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy in a variety of settings, including psychoanalytic institutes, foster care programs, elementary schools, college counseling centers, and inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University–Brooklyn and completed my predoctoral internship at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies.
